HOW TO PLAY
Earn points. Use buffs. See how deep you can go.
01
Farm extraction points
Choose Enter the Dream from Home.
Sleep attempts the next layer with a 80% success chance.
Combos start on your second consecutive success with the same character. The bonus to your current potential extraction doubles each time: +50%, +100%, +200%, +400%, +800%, and onward. Projecting resets your combo.
Project switches between Pak and Slumber and multiplies your potential points by ×2, then ×3 (maximum). Your layer stays the same. Complete another successful Sleep before projecting again.
Extract saves your potential points to your total. A failure loses unsaved points.
Extract when you want to secure your points before risking another layer.
02
Escape the Dream
Open Escape the Dream while farming and choose a level.
Start with Level 1. Completing a level unlocks the next.
Reach Layer 10 in Level 1. Each next level adds 5 more layers, up to Layer 55 in Level 10.
Before each Sleep, choose from 3 random buffs or Sleep without one. Buffs cost saved extraction points.
Reach the target to complete the level. An unprotected failure resets your run.
You spend points here. These levels do not earn extraction points.
03
Leaderboard runs
Select Leaderboard Mode from Escape the Dream or open Leaderboards from Home.
Climb as high as you can with no layer limit and a 50% base success chance.
Spend saved extraction points on buffs before each Sleep.
Extract to save your current layer as your score. An unprotected failure loses that run.
Scores in this test build are saved on this device.
Later Escape levels have lower base odds. Buffs can improve your chance or protect your run. Spent points stay spent when a run ends.
